What forms of payment are accepted?

Aimee’s Chair accepts checks, cash, VISA/MasterCard. There is a $25 return check fee.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?

Reservations are recommended.

What if I am going to be a few minutes late?

Time is valuable to all of us.  Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. Any guest arriving 10 minutes past the time of the appointment may be asked to reschedule.

What is the cancellation policy?

Because services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy, please allow 24 hour notice. Not showing for an appointment more than one time per calendar year will result in a 50% charge.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount. Aimee’s Chair at Salon Colour Tube is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

What if there is a problem with my service?

Please let me know within 5 days of receiving any service if there are any challenges. Within that time, if you feel that I have failed to provide the caliber of professional service on which my reputation has been built, please advise me and an appointment will be made at the earliest convenience to make any adjustments at no additional cost to you. There is a no refund policy.
